  • To ensure health, safety and environment (HSE) is an integral part of our business and is actively supported through management leadership and commitment.
  • To protect the Company from any legal charges by applying national legislation.
The policy

It is the policy of Erohdyn Controls Ltd develops implements and continuously reviews health, safety and wellbeing management systems and programs, consistent with HSE Standards, local operating conditions and legislation.

In line with our business principles, Erohdyn Controls Ltd

  • is committed to the health, safety & Environment of our customers, employees and the communities in which we operate
  • will disclose any information that comes to our knowledge, which clearly demonstrates that any of our products or services breach internationally accepted safety standards or guidelines.

EROHDYN Controls Ltd management will:
  • Vision and principles by displaying leadership behaviors that visibly demonstrate our belief that HSE is a priority issue and integral to our business;
  • Establish a robust and durable HSE culture, by ensuring compliance with relevant statutory obligations, codes of practice and industry standards; adopting a risk management approach to ensure application of Erohdyn Controls Ltd HSE standards and further improvement
  • Empower our people by providing information, instruction, training and supervision to enable them to perform their roles safely and help drive Erohdyn Controls Ltd HSE performance
  • Involve employees, customers, contractors and suppliers in HSE matters, and consult with them on ways to reduce workplace hazards and improve HSE management systems; and
  • Commit resources to develop, maintain and communicate HSE programs, objectives and targets, as well as deliver consistent and effective communications, including reporting internally and externally to Erohdyn Controls Ltd
Ultimate responsibility for HSE rests with the Erohdyn Controls Ltd with specific responsibility for overseeing the implementation of policy and for advising and updating the on developments and performance.
The (HSE Officer) have responsibility for implementation of Erohdyn Controls Ltd HSE Vision, Principles and Policy in their areas of responsibility. The Directors, and their senior managers, must show leadership by ensuring the organization, management and conduct of operations is in line with Erohdyn Controls Ltd and ensuring this is supported by adequate resource allocation to implement this policy across the business.
Line Managers have responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of those working within their area of operation and those who may be affected by the activities. They must ensure that adequate systems are in place to ensure delivery of policy and standards, and meet local statutory requirements. All Employees have the responsibility to protect their own health, safety and wellbeing, and that of others who may be affected by their activities
